Gallery

The Gallery is the central location for managing both graphics files and assets in Tweenly. It displays only the files and assets accessible to the user based on workspace permissions.

Searching, filtering, and sorting

The Gallery provides several options for finding and organizing files and assets:

  • Workspace Selection — View files from all accessible workspaces or a specific workspace where the user is an owner or member.
  • File Type Filter — Filter between Graphics Files and Asset types (images, image sequences, fonts, data sources).
  • Text Search — Search by title, description, or tags.
  • Status Filter — Filter by file status:
    • All
    • Drafts
    • Final
    • Published
    • Unpublished
    • Downloaded
  • Created By Filter — Filter files by author:
    • All
    • Me
    • Others
  • Sorting Options — Sort files by:
    • Title (A–Z)
    • Last created
    • Last updated

Graphics file cards

The Gallery displays files as a grid of cards. Each graphics file card shows:

  • Thumbnail preview
  • Title
  • Modified date
  • Author (username, or Anonymous if unknown)
  • Status icons:
    • Final — the file is locked against editing
    • Exported — the file has been exported

Card actions

Click the more menu on a card to access:

  • Duplicate — create a copy of the graphics file
  • Export HTML — export and download to your computer
  • Delete — permanently remove the file

Click the card itself to open the graphics file in the Editor.

Managing assets

Assets (images, image sequences, fonts, and data sources) are also visible in the Gallery when you select an asset type in the filter.

Click an asset card to open its details panel, where you can review metadata and usage information.

For full details on asset types, creation, and behavior, see Assets.

TL;DR

  • The Gallery stores both graphics files and assets.
  • Files and assets are workspace-bound — you see only what your permissions allow.
  • Use filters (workspace, type, status, author) and search to find files quickly.
  • Open a graphics file card to edit it in the Editor.
  • Use the more menu on cards to duplicate, export, or delete.
