Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 28.07.2026
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our cloud application Tweenly (“Application”) and our website at tweenly.io (“Website”), operated by PROVYS Technologies, a.s. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Application or the Website, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following personal information when you use our Application:
- Name
- Surname
- Email address
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To personalize and improve your experience with our Application.
- To send personalized emails and communications related to our services.
- To respond to your inquiries, requests, or support needs.
- To maintain and improve the security and performance of our Application.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.
3. Data Storage and Security
We use DigitalOcean as our hosting and storage provider for your data. DigitalOcean provides industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or theft. However, no method of data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Application or servicing you, provided they agree to keep your information confidential.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our Website uses cookies. On your first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or reject each optional category. Strictly necessary cookies are always active; every other category stays switched off until you allow it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the Website footer.
Optional categories are enabled on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the Website and honouring your consent choice, and do not require consent.
Strictly necessary
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
tweenly_cc | Tweenly | Stores your cookie consent choice per category | 182 days |
Analytics (optional)
Enabled only after you accept the Analytics category. We use Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to measure visits and understand how the Website is used so we can improve it.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Distinguishes individual visitors | 2 years | |
_ga_<container-id> | Maintains session state for Google Analytics 4 | 2 years |
Until you consent, Google Consent Mode v2 keeps the analytics_storage signal denied, so
these cookies are not written and no analytics data is collected.
Marketing (optional)
Enabled only after you accept the Marketing category. Advertising and remarketing tags
delivered through Google Tag Manager may then set cookies used for advertising measurement
and remarketing. Until you consent, the ad_storage, ad_user_data and
ad_personalization signals remain denied, and IP-based ad data redaction stays active.
Third-party content
The Website loads web fonts from Google Fonts and some images from Unsplash. These requests transmit your IP address to those providers but do not set cookies on your device.
Withdrawing consent
To change your choice, open Cookie settings in the Website footer and save your new preferences. Withdrawing consent stops further collection; cookies already stored by a provider can additionally be removed through your browser settings. We re-ask for consent after 182 days.
7. Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- The right to access your personal information.
- The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- The right to erasure of your data (subject to legal obligations).
- The right to restrict or object to the processing of your data.
- The right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website or through other means.
9. Contact Us
